- Technological and Applied Studies (TAS)
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and commitment to the school's Christian ethos, values, and mission
- Demonstrate knowledge, competence and confidence in the relevant subject discipline
- Plan and deliver lessons based on curriculum standards and educational objectives
- Create engaging and effective instructional materials and resources
- Modifying teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Demonstrate commitment to teacher professional development
- Attend briefing sessions, general staff meetings, Faculty and House meetings as required
Requirements:
- Current NESA accreditation to teach in NSW & current NSW Working with Children Check
- Have a passion for teaching the relevant subject area(s) and relevant teaching experience
- Have recognised Tertiary Educational Qualifications
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
