We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Randstad team in 'Melbourne'. You will join a diverse and inclusive organisation ensuring you are valued for your abilities and can be comfortable being yourself.
the role
- You will seek to understand client and candidate recruitment needs in order to deliver customised meaningful recruitment solutions
- You will initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract new business to Randstad.
- Daily, you will initiate a range of sourcing activities, networking, conducting reference checks, telephone screening, attending internal & external meetings and making business development calls to clients
- You will consistently achieve positive results by hitting your weekly / monthly sales targets
- You will act as a skilled negotiator at all levels and quickly resolve client & candidate issues
