Due to organic growth within our brand new Sydney CBD office, a unique opportunity has arisen for someone looking to start their recruitment career our specialist legal desk. This role would see you working alongside a hands-on, fee earning manager with a mentoring management style and a strong track record.
Your responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with a diverse group of existing and new clients across Financial Services, Commerce, Regulators and Consultancy/practice.
- Develop and maintain relationships
- Work with key accounts and stakeholders in your sector
- Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements
- Identify and qualify suitable candidates
What you will need to succeed
We are open minded with regards to experience, current/former legal practitioner (in-house or private practice), sales professional within Legal Services who is passionate about people and interested in a career change applying their knowledge and contacts to contribute to touching the lives of 500 million working people by 2030. Delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills able to articulate complexity into plain English.
