About your new role

Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne CBD team. This role is perfect for someone with recruitment experience who loves building relationships. No healthcare experience? No problems, if you love sales and are eager to learn we can teach you all about the industry!
You will be the first point of contact for our candidates and clients and provide the very best service. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy! You will help build the Allied Healthcare Sector in Melbourne and recruit for permanent roles such as psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, etc.
A day in your new role
- 360 end to end recruitment
- Business development with new and existing clients
- Market mapping
- Nurture and grow client relationships
- Plan and execute hiring strategies
- Assist with payroll & invoicing queries
- Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
