About your role
As an Education Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting & placing candidates into Out of school hours jobs. You will be responsible for rostering our pool of 150+ educators into day-to-day shifts in childcare and outside school hours care. You will work with clients across the education industry to provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the phone, speaking to our educators and clients. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy!
Across the Education team they specialise in Early Childhood, OSCH, Schools & Further education recruitment.
Responsibilities include
- 360 end to end recruitment
- Business development with new and existing clients
- Nurture and grow client relationships
- Plan and execute hiring strategies
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
- Proven success in sales and / or recruitment
- You are a persuasive communicator and are not afraid to pick up the phone
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
- Experience hitting KPI's
- Resilient tenacious and dynamic
