Randstad is searching for a skilled Change Analyst with sufficient experience in change management and strong stakeholder management skills. This role requires someone to deliver support in change activities to ensure business readiness and successful implementation of projects.
About your new role:
... The Change Analyst will work to deliver support services to the Program Change Manager through providing analysis and advice. Your role involves contributing to the development of change plans, conducting change analysis and impact assessments, generating buy-in from relevant stakeholders and collaborating with teams to deliver relevant training.
What you will need to excel:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or Psychology
- Sound knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
- Previous local government experience
- Change management certification (PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, PROSCI)
- Experience in change analysis with technology projects
