Independently handle complex and challenging registration matters, including risk assessment and mitigation, to formulate well-informed recommendations.
Conduct systematic and objective assessments, critically analyzing provider suitability and providing evidence-based decisions.
Ensure tasks are completed within established timelines, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Keep systems and registers meticulously updated to reflect the current status of ongoing work.
Possess a deep understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks, applying this knowledge to the registration process.
Cultivate technical expertise, subject matter proficiency, and professional judgment that contributes to team outcomes.
Develop short-term task objectives and contribute to the planning of longer-term initiatives.
Support and mentor colleagues in a small team setting, offering guidance and ensuring quality registration processes.
Engage with stakeholders and NDIS providers on intricate matters via phone and email, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Develop and nurture both internal and external relationships, collaborating with stakeholders on policy, project, and operational issues.
Champion innovation and contribute to improvements in quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in managing complex registration matters with a focus on risk assessment and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to objectively assess suitability based on evidence.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and utilizing relevant systems.
Thorough understanding of applicable legislative and policy frameworks.
Proven ability to foster team cohesion and mentor colleagues.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with stakeholders.
Experience in contributing to process improvement and innovation preferred.
