Role Overview:
As the Contact Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation's success by leading and managing the contact centre operations based in Sydney. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated professionals, driving transformational projects, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in their mission to provide reliable and efficient telco solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of contact centre professionals to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive transformational projects and processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Align with the organisation's vision and values, promoting a strong culture of excellence and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with the operations manager as well as all other business unit managers to achieve common goal
- Solve complex problems with high analytical skills and strategic direction
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager
- Demonstrated success in leading transformational projects and processes
- Problem solving skills and high analytical capabilities
