An exciting opportunity has become available for a Procurement Officer to join the team in a permanent, full-time position. This position reports to the Procurement Manager.
... Responsibilities of Procurement Officer:
- Assist in end to end procurement activities including planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier lifecycle process
- Optimise procurement processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive cost savings
- Implement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
- Support contract negotiations and vendor management activities
About you:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or a similar role with a solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
