In this role you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing activities that make an impact.
Responsibilities:
Crafting Retail Activity Plans: Collaborate closely with retailers, sales teams, brand managers, and internal stakeholders to create activity plans supporting product launches, brand promotions, and sponsorship campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with teams across departments such as Brand, Insights, Sales, and Product to develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
Analytical Insights: Provide insightful Post Campaign Reports, including recommendations for future improvements, to fine-tune our marketing strategies continually.
Agency Partnership: Coordinate with third-party agencies to deliver creative and product assets tailored to meet specific retailer applications.
Consumer Engagement: Manage consumer review programs on retailer.com platforms and ensure seamless syndication across retailer and internal websites.
Market Monitoring: Keep a close watch on Brand vs. Competitor activities across Retail Accounts, ensuring a strong brand presence both in-store and online.
Promotion Management: Take charge of Trade and Consumer promotions, from planning to execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or digital media.
Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for stakeholder engagement and project management in fast-paced environments.
Proven track record in project and budget management, especially in product and sales-driven settings
Skills and Capabilities:
Technical:
Exposure to Trade marketing and/or category management training from internal or external sources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Strong collaboration skills for working closely with external business partners.
