As Customer Account Executives, you will be responsible for connecting, supporting and growing company's customers by providing category leading service. Outcomes include growing our customer engagement scores at the time of order placement.
What you will need
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and work ethic
- Strong problem solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and resilient outlook
- Advanced computer literacy skills and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Previous experience in a contact centre/customer service role/FMCG Sales/Hospitality
There are multiple roles available working from Sydney CBD or from home. Please note, work from home is available for the candidates, who successfully finished their training.
You will need to be available for a minimum of 6 months.
