Due to there expertise and reputation with Tier 1 Clients they have received new project wins and have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to settle and grow with the company and with a secured career development time frame to move into project management.
This position gives you full 360 exposure to the project life cycle - To be part of the company and not just a number!
The Role
- Based in the Brisbane office, work cycle usually consist of a week on site (3-4 Days) and a week off site
- Reporting into Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager
- Project Planning
- Work Methodologies development
- Construction Engineering
- Programming
- Project Performance tracking
- Contracts Administration
- Variations, Pricing
- Quality Management
- Progress and Contractual Claims
- Mentoring and direction of junior Staff
- Temporary works Designs
- Working on diverse projects, Windfarm Turbine bases, Bridges, Dams, Sub Station Structures, Transmission Lines
- All Technical concrete works ( FRP ) Form Rio Pour
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 x years project Engineering experience within Australia preferably with a Tier 2 - Tier 3 contractor
- or a large subcontractor specialist within FRP works
- Technical skills and sub contractor management experience
- Previous experience within concrete projects especially form work -0 delivery of concrete structures
- Commercial experience in contracts, estimating, cost control
