The Claims Delegate provides essential support to Claimants.
- Caring and informative Customer service to Claimants, over the phone or through written communication.
- Interpret legislation, gather evidence and respond with advice.
- Stakeholder engagement, fostering and managing relationships with Clients, organisations and internal colleagues
- Fluid and organised in approach, you will need to manage a number of claims concurrently. Claims will be varied and in different claim cycles. This role may include ongoing claim management.
- Provide evidence based outcomes and responses to Claimant.
About you:
- Claims Management, Case management experience will be highly regarded.
- Resilient and flexible in approach, ability to take on competing tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills which are adaptive, open and understanding.
- Attention to detail, thorough investigative style and actions to obtain evidence and interpret legislation.
