HR Partners are proud to be working on an exciting opportunity for a HR manager to join a values-driven organisation based in South Sydney.
About your organisation:
This Australian owned business has over 450 staff across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, specialising in multiple industries including motor and accident management.
Joining a business that has a solid connection to the community and becoming a member of a supportive and engaging team, your primary focus will be to provide high-level HR advice to stakeholders and employees across the Sydney branch.
Reporting to the P&C General Manager, you will support across all aspects of people and culture services, including recruitment and selection, performance management/employee relations, employee engagement, learning and development and HR administration.
This role is ideal for an autonomous, integrity driven and engaging HR professional with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Manage the end to end recruitment for the Sydney branch whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Facilitate L&D sessions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key business stakeholders
- Be a trusted adviser to leaders in the business, coaching and advising on HR related matters
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and in a tight knit team
- IR/ER experience
