HR Partners are excited to be partnering with a well known multinational environmental services organisation in Western Sydney for the recruitment of an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner with an IR specialism. Reporting to the National HR Manager you will deliver on both operational and strategic HR solutions to business leaders and their people.

Key areas of responsibility include but not limited to:
- Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
- Actively lead and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and organisational change strategies.
- Consult with and support senior management on HR processes, policies and procedures
- Case management, providing ER and IR advice on legislation and practices
- Supporting the team in the end to end Enterprise Agreements and union negotiations
- Partner with the team leaders and business leaders across all areas of HR including performance management, recruitment and retention, reward and recognition, organisational effectiveness and remuneration reviews
You will consider yourself highly motivated, a self-starter, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who brings with them considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers. You will have approximately 6 years of prior HR generalist experience and in a similar role, strong stakeholder management and strong experience with industrial relations.
