About the role:
This is a permanent full-time customer service call centre opportunity, reporting to the Inbound Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing exceptional first point of contact, customer service to ensure the clients partner providers are at the forefront of every decision.
Your skills & experience:
- Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for serving customers
