The role:
- Develop and create meaningful connections within the community and families who attend the service.
- Setting the service up for success to exceed the National Quality standards.
- Managing a large 151 place centre leading a busy team of approx 38 staff members.
- Managing the day to day operations inline with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
What you need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or acecqa approved equivalent)
- Current working with children check - or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificates or willing to obtain
- Two Early years industry related references
