- Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to actively manage calendars, travel bookings, phone messages and appointments.
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain flexible.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to draft less complex correspondence and undertake secretariat responsibilities.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills appropriate to liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
As an APS 4 you will be responsible for:
- Proven track record in engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Correspondence management (flagging any urgent emails, coordinating and assisting with work flow management including tracking tasks and assisting to ensure that they are completed according to priority and deadlines).
- Provide administrative support for meetings including compiling the agenda, taking minutes and following up actions.
- Management of travel arrangements.
- Financial management support, such as credit card reconciliation.
- Developing systems, procedures and controls for quality assurance and to ensure well-managed, monitored and timely workflow.
- Draft material for the Executives including internal and external correspondence, emails, briefs, speeches, presentations.
