Randstad is partnering with a leading player in the FMCG industry, known for their commitment to excellence, quality products, and a positive work culture. As they continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Contact Centre Manager to lead their service team and drive their customer engagement strategy to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a customer service team to achieve SLA's and meet business requirements
- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage outbound communication to external stakeholders
- Manage escalation of customers concerns to ensure suitable outcomes
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team leaders and front line staff to foster a positive and supportive culture
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Gather weekly data and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What you will need:
- Must have outbound contact centre leadership experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with a track record of meeting KPI’s
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
