We are currently partnering with a State Government department who are seeking an experienced Project Officer to assist in the delivery of projects and reporting.
The Role:
Your position in this well supported team will be to manage a full range of of asset facility services, encompassing the following tasks:
- Manage queries in line with operational asset and facility services policies and processes.
- Research and provide ongoing problem solving.
- Liaise with the department's clients on all site issues and projects.
- Capture and record all client enquiries and actions taken to maintain records and protocols.
- Collaboratively work with department personnel in respect of Facilities Management contract service.
- Review practices and procedures and recommend improved processes for more efficiencies within the Facility Management area.
Skills & Experience:
In order to be considered for these positions you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience in Facility Management Assets.
- Previous Government experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- DHS Working with Children Check required.
- Up to date Covid Vaccinations required
