Your job
To be successful in this role you will have over 3 - 5 yrs experience as a Contracts Administrator on either industrial or commercial projects ranging from 2M - 50M.
Your experience and Qualifications
- Relevant Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering tertiary qualification
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike
- Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
- The ability to write a detailed scope of works
- Intimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislation
- Willing to take the lead and manage other CA's
