About the Role
The role requires a strong service improvement commitment, well developed analytical skills, sound
decision-making ability, and demonstrated experience in effectively engaging with others to understand
their business needs and delivery quality work outputs that contribute to positive change and engagement
outcomes.
The Business Analyst will enable the successful delivery of service improvement and change initiatives
across the Division by coordinating and undertaking a broad range of projects.
Responsibilities include
- Identify Stakeholders and see to the maintenance of collaborative working relationships; elicit and analyse business requirements and engage with, and inform key stakeholders groups.
- Particular focus on delivering timely, high quality, stakeholder engaged effective end outcomes that enable a consistent high quality customer experience, compliant with process and policies.
- Develop and deliver change/implementation plans for multiple/parallel projects that ensure seamless integration, in accordance with the Change Management process framework.
- Lead the delivery of all performance framework and business objectives in your business to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Engage with business owners and other relevant stakeholders to develop high quality
- documentation such as ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ maps, business requirements and other artefacts.What you will need to succeed.
- Undertake complex and sensitive analysis and research, using good judgement to pro-actively
- share and present information (verbally and in writing) of emerging issues, risks, trends, and
- opportunities associated with service transformation and change initiatives.
What you will need to succeed
- At least 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience essential, through process improvement initiatives to major end to end transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management to be able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders from various levels
- Proven track record in driving business performance through effective people leadership and/or influencing skills
- Good Business Acumen
- Excellant Commuincation Skills
- Experience in Process Improvement and Process Mapping
