Support our client's alumni community members as they shift from using individual Microsoft-managed login credentials to a centralized authentication system. Attend to their queries regarding account access and help them smoothly adopt the Authentication system for their email account needs.
Experienced in:
... - Call-center operations, providing effective customer service.
- Offering Service Desk support, addressing user concerns proficiently.
- Possessing skills in supporting email applications, ensuring smooth communication solutions.
- Proficient in supporting multiple operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android.
Skills:
- Demonstrating a high proficiency in customer service, ensuring exceptional interactions.
- Exhibiting adeptness in delivering effective phone support, addressing user needs adeptly.
- Displaying proficiency in navigating Office 365, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
- Showcasing expertise in providing support for email applications, ensuring efficient communication solutions.
- Holding a robust skill set in supporting various operating systems, encompassing Windows, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
The key deliverables include providing IT customer service support through phone, email, and CRM channels, as well as contributing to and updating user guides as needed.
