If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in the Energy sector as a Project Learning Lead.
Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is looking for an experienced Project Learning Lead for an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who will work as part of a highly motivated, supportive team.
You will be responsible for training design, development, and delivery for the Portfolio Risk solution.
Key responsibilities:
... - Maintain the Learning Strategy and Training Delivery Plan.
- Review and maintain the Learning Needs Analysis.
- Engage with leaders to help them understand what their team's learning commitment will be and to understand what assistance teams will require to feel ready to adopt changes.
- Maintain the Project Learning Curriculum.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Artefact Catalogue tracker.
- Develop and implement Training Schedule to support the delivery of the Project.
- Develop required Learning Materials.
- Deliver end user training.
- Conduct a Learning Readiness Assessment to ensure key stakeholders are ready.
- Create and playback a Learning Summary to leaders.
- Provide input into the Transition Support Plan to outline the actions to be taken to support stakeholders in their learning journey.
- Develop a Learning Management Plan to outline the management of all the training artefacts as the project rolls up.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders using all available communication channels.
About you:
- Experience as a Learning Lead.
- Experience in Training Design, Development and Delivery.
- Comprehensive understanding of project training requirements.
- Experience on agile projects
- Proactively build internal and external relationships, effectively influencing and collaborating to achieve cross functional business goals.
- Ability to engage and playback training design to senior stakeholders.
- Initiative – demonstrated ability to plan, and then execute against own plans.
- Problem Solving – ability to identify and then solve own problems within delegated projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
