The ERP Delivery Lead will manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP small changes across the organisation.
This role will also manage new ERP initiatives through a scoping and prioritisation process and will champion the ERP Platform Delivery Ways of Working and supporting practices such as iteration management, business analysis and testing.

Champion & manage the small change delivery process:
- Plan and manage small change and small projects through to completion using a combination of agile and traditional delivery methods.
- Engage and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders from the business and IT.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee governance of the small change process and quality assurance of small change deliverables.
- Track and communicate value delivered. Provide comprehensive reporting on small change/project portfolio to the ERP Platform Management Team.
Champion & manage the new initiative demand process:
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to define and scope new initiatives. Ensure benefits are identified and incorporated into delivery planning via a prioritised product backlog.
- Engage key business stakeholders to guide and support them through the ERP Platform demand process, ensuring initiatives are categorised and planned properly.
- Oversee governance of the demand process and quality assurance
- Work closely with various ERP Platform members to facilitate key activities including scoping sessions, technical and delivery framing meetings.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on the demand pipeline and the health of the process.
Champion and uplift the ERP Platform Ways of Working:
- Seek feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve Ways of Working small change processes, templates, tools, and methods.
- Onboard resources specific to the small change initiatives in the ERP Platform.
- Create, maintain, and audit processes and systems with respect to the Ways of Working standards.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders, identify and implement continuous process improvements.
Key selection criteria
Essential:
- Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in exceptional Leadership to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing small change initiatives and small projects, updating Roadmaps including updating and maintaining dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in contemporary/iterative IT delivery methods, processes, or frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, PMBoK, BABoK, Agile, DevOps, ADKAR, Hybrid or other IT delivery vehicles.
- Ability to skilfully approach multiple sources to solve problems - demonstrating advanced skill and keen insight in gathering, sorting, and applying key information.
- Creates competitive and breakthrough plans for innovation; generates an attitude of enthusiastic expectancy in others regarding change and challenge.
Desirable:
- Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working in a business function or value stream as a Product Owner.
- Previous experience establishing the “Ways of Working” for small change initiatives.
- Previous experience establishing communities of practice, specifically - Iteration Management, Business Analysis and Testing.
- Previous experience sizing and categorising project types (T-shirt sizing, etc)
- Excellent working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
- Solid experience championing & managing governance around small change initiatives.
- Proven experience establishing processes and tools to track iteration portfolio spend, sprint progress, delivery milestones and resourcing.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant or related discipline
