Senior PMO Analyst is currently required to March 2024 with opportunity for contract extension to guide and support the planning, reporting and governance of the ePMO and the project management framework.You will also be required to perform the following
- Provide direction to Project Managers on scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, change management and dependencies.
- Evaluate the prioritisation of initiatives and program and portfolio development
- Monitor and report the performance of the portfolio of programs and projects, identifying opportunities to optimise portfolio outcomes.
- Organise and facilitate various workshops, including Post Implementation Reviews and Risk Workshops
- Coordinate ePMO reporting and analysis, identifying common themes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Lead benefits realisation reviews, identifying opportunities to optimise program and project outcomes.
- Lead and monitor resource utilisation and resource reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in providing in-depth project performance analysis by capturing and reporting complex data.
- Undertake quality assurance for project documentation and ensure documentation meets expectations.
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Senior PMO Analyst who has solid skills in developing project frameworks, and experience with project management methodologies such as Prince 2 and project governance. You will also be experienced in resource utilisation and resource reporting.Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills are a must.
