The PMO provides services including, quality assurance, compliance, risk management, estimation, workforce planning, scheduling and methodology, within the agreed frameworks and tools. The role:This position is a key role within our PMO Team. The role has three main areas of responsibility as follows:
- Managing our Jira SPM Project and Boards. Adding and removing users as required, creating new boards as needed, monitoring data quality and compliance to our reporting guidelines.
- Leading the delivery of JIRA implementation and education initiatives using a hybrid Agile delivery approach
- Lead and Engage the implementation of Agile work practices within the ICT PMO
Required Competencies & Skill Level
- At least 6 months experience using the Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools
- At least 6 months experience in delivering using Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban) approaches
- High level of skill in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
