- Sales Order booking - Enters new Sales Order information into SAP
- Raise Invoices - Assists Contract Manager or the Project Manager in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the project. Assists during the identification of the contract baseline, and development of wall chart.
- Receipting of Supplier invoices - Receipt supplier invoices to specific jobs and projects
- Project administration - Prepare paperwork and catering for project Factory Testing visits.
- Commercial execution - Organizes materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations and training sessions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Medium level ability with Microsoft Outlook, MS Suite and SAP
- Minimum 12 months experience in administration
