Your new role
As a Fleet Processing Administrator your main contribution will be to use your top notch administrative skills to identify customer needs and provide information about the organisation's financial products and services including salary packaging and novated leasing. This is a permanent role based in Melbourne CBD.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
... - Managing incoming mail, sorting and processing each day
- Manage customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Contributing to the development of new ideas, including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes, ensuring the customer is at the forefront.
- Responding to queries in a timely manner
- fuel card and toll management
- liasing with third party service providers eg road authorities, fuel/toll providers
Your skills and experience
- You pride yourself on your ability to multitask and prioritise
- You love learning new things and are eager develop
- You are known for your can do attitude and attention to detail
- You are a fabulous communicator
- 12 months experience in an administration or customer service role
- Experience in fleet management or finance - a plus!
