About the role
My client is seeking a bubbly administrator & office all rounder to join the team on a 3 month temporary basis. This company is based in Derrimut and is looking for someone to commence as soon as possible. Working 9am to 5pm 3 days per week.

You will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers
- Setting up boardrooms
- Supporting directors to book meetings
- Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
- Support the branch in its sales and service operations
- Mail Collection
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Intermediate excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliable and self motivated
