We're looking for a part-time administrator to commence in a 3 month temporary part time position (Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays)
**Must be avialable for a handover Monday 25th - 27th Septbefore commencing Wed-Fri roster the following week
This position is stationed at the front desk, where you'll predominantly interact with internal staff members. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative and business support functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and maintaining the front desk
- Handling internal support requests such as booking couriers for mail collection and arranging car hires
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Managing office supplies, including ordering and organising stationery
- Keeping the kitchen stocked with essentials, ensuring biscuits and milk are available throughout the day
What We're Seeking:
- Previous experience in an office support, reception, or similar role
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A mature, reliable, and can-do attitude
