Raising purchase orders and ensuring correct site delivery
Preparing quotations on behalf of all directors and other managers
Answering phone calls
Maintaining spreadsheets such as labour tracking and hire equipment tracker
Organising travel and accommodation for directors’ and staff
Organising and maintain diary and co-ordinating appointments
Producing other necessary documents, reports and presentations
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Maintain and enter data into various Excel spreadsheets.
Book couriers and taxis on behalf of members of staff and clients.
Perform data-entry, documentation, quotes and tenders, printing and filing duties where required.
Prepare client correspondence and reports where requested.
