Duties will include but not limited to:
- Responding to a high volume of customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner via phone and email
- You will be the first point of contact and be expected to assist customers. Any enquiry you cannot assist with will be triaged upward. Stakeholder engagement is paramount
- Obtaining and deciphering a variety of complex information from customers while simultaneously using a range of systems
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, issuing written correspondence, scheduling appointments, processing customer requests under the company procedures and policies
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience working in a fast paced face to face customer service environments
- A strong level of resilience, ability to work with KPI’s
- Excellent time management
- Proven good accountability and time management
- The ability to work with a team and multi-task
