- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities and quality of work within tight deadlines.
- Negotiate and influence strong communication outcomes.
- Support team performance, productivity and accountability for outcomes
- Contribute to section corporate management, planning and reporting processes.
Key Capabilities:
- Exceptional communication and/or engagement skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in communications, stakeholder engagement or events management.
- Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and an ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to form strong and productive working relationships.
- Ability to work as part of a small team, as well as across various project teams.
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated personal drive and integrity while achieving results.
