About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this role possesses key skills such as a minimum of 1-2 years of communications experience, a strong background in editing and content writing, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, desirable qualifications include prior experience in the public service or government sector, a demonstrated track record in developing effective communication strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create and produce communication materials.
- Ensuring the accessibility and adherence to organisational style and brand guidelines in all communication materials.
- Generating content for a wide array of internal and external platforms, such as newsletters, the company intranet, website, and talking points for staff and partners, and supporting the distribution of this content.
- Overseeing team inboxes, addressing inquiries, and directing requests to the appropriate team members for resolution.
