About the Role:
The Internal Reviews and Complaints Branch serves as the primary hub for coordinating internal reviews and complaint resolution processes. Collaborating with participants, providers, internal teams, and external agencies, the branch is dedicated to addressing and resolving complaints promptly, in accordance with this organisations Service Charter. The Complaints Team within the branch generates comprehensive advice, including letters, briefs, and reports, intended for diverse audiences such as Ministers, the Executive Leadership Team, Board, Independent Advisory Council, and oversight bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the handling of complaints and incidents, which involves assessing, documenting, resolving, referring, and ensuring necessary follow-up.
- Maintaining a high degree of resilience and empathy when addressing escalated complaints, which may involve managing challenging or emotionally charged interactions.
- Providing support to the Complaints Team in addressing day-to-day operational challenges and contributing to the achievement of the branch's strategic objectives.
