This role is responsible for assisting department's objective through organic content on social media channels, as well as managing customer sentiment on digital channels.
You may be required to travel.
Under limited supervision, this position will be responsible for managing, driving, monitoring and reporting on social media activities, content creation including:
- Managing and monitoring our social media channels, including responding to customers’ comments online.
- Producing engaging and effective digital copy and content (crafting, responding, posting and reporting).
- Managing and coordinating film production as required.
- Developing Communication plans.
- Implementing and delivering digital marketing and communication campaigns to drive sales, awareness and engagement.
- Collaborating with external partners to deliver cross-promotional digital activities.
- Using data to inform decision-making and reporting these outcomes.
- Implementing and analysing performance metrics against KPIs.
- Assisting with other promotional activities as required.
